The terms for using QuickShifty: accounts, conversion credits, refunds and acceptable use.

By using QuickShifty you agree to these terms.
The service
QuickShifty converts files between formats on server-side engines. Only the conversion directions listed on the website are offered. Converting, buying credits and your history are managed in the dashboard.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Credits and payment
- Credits are bought up front in packages and do not expire.
- Each converted file spends a fixed number of credits set by its file type. The current rates are shown on the pricing page.
- New accounts receive a number of free conversions, used before paid credits.
- If a conversion fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Payments are taken in EUR. Amounts shown in other currencies are for reference only.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded on request within the period required by applicable law. Send a refund request through the contact form.
Your files
You keep all rights to the files you convert. You confirm that you have the right to convert them. Files are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use of the service must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep conversions accurate, but you should check converted files before relying on them. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned, as far as the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
