This policy explains what information QuickShifty collects when you use this website and the conversion service, and how it is handled.

Files you convert

Files are converted on our servers. The source file is deleted as soon as the conversion succeeds. The converted result stays available for download for a limited window, shown on the pricing page, and is then deleted automatically.

We do not store file content in our database. Your conversion history keeps only the format, file size, status and time of each job.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and the settings you choose in the dashboard.
• Billing records: credit purchases and their amounts. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Contact requests: what you send through the contact form, so we can answer it.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used to keep the service secure and to enforce free-trial limits.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for sign-in, security and your currency preference. Functional, performance and marketing cookies are used only if you allow them in the cookie settings, and you can change that choice at any time.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to resolve them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Use the contact form and choose the account or security request type.
