Is there a size limit?

Yes, up to 256 MB per file. The same limit applies to every format.

Can I send several files together?

You can. One batch holds up to 10 files and shows up as a single entry in your history.

The pair I need is missing. Why?

The catalog only includes pairs our engines can really produce. If you need one that is not there, let us know through the contact form and name both formats.

Do you store my files?

No. The original is deleted as soon as the conversion succeeds. The converted file can be downloaded for 60 minutes, after which it is erased from disk automatically.

What is recorded about each conversion?

Just the format, size, status and time, so your history is useful. The contents of the file are never saved.

Where are files converted?

On our own servers: sharp handles images, LibreOffice handles documents, ffmpeg handles audio and video, and our own converters take care of data and fonts. You do not need to install anything.

What does one conversion cost?

From 1 to 5 credits per file, depending on the type. Documents are the cheapest and video the most expensive. The size of the file makes no difference.

Will my credits expire?

Never. You buy credits in advance and they stay on your balance until you use them. There is no subscription involved.

Every new account includes 5 free conversions. They count per file rather than per credit and are used up before your paid balance.

You pay nothing. The credits are returned to your balance automatically.
